Managing Region-Specific Public Holidays

For distributed support teams across different regions, you can create region-specific Out of Office (OOO) entries to reflect local public holidays. To manage this effectively:

• Create separate OOO entries for each virtual team or user group based on their region or country.

• In the description field, include the name of the public holiday, such as “Independence Day India” or “Labor Day US.”

• Use a shared calendar or internal documentation to track holiday schedules in advance and ensure consistent planning.

Please note that each public holiday must be entered manually for the applicable teams. At this time, SupportLogic does not support automatic holiday imports from external calendars.
