Can I Skip a Ticket from Audit in Elevate SX?

Yes. Elevate SX provides a Skip option that allows auditors to bypass tickets that do not require auditing. This is particularly useful in scenarios where the ticket doesn't meet the audit criteria, is a duplicate or irrelevant, or has already been audited manually outside the system.

What happens when you Skip a Ticket?

When a ticket is skipped, it is removed from the current audit bin, and the system automatically loads the next available ticket for review. Skipped tickets are not lost they are simply excluded from the current round of audit but can still be tracked if needed. Please refer to the below screenshot for better understanding.
