Churn Risk Tag Removal at Account Level

Behavior of Churn Risk Signal

  • If the Churn Risk signal is removed from a case, the associated Churn Risk tag will also be automatically removed from the account level.

  • This ensures that account-level churn risk tags always stay consistent with case-level signals.


Example

  • A case is flagged with Churn Risk, and the account inherits the tag.

  • When the Churn Risk signal is cleared from that case, the account-level Churn Risk tag is also cleared automatically.
