Keyword Alerts – Notification Capabilities FAQ

1. Can I enable Microsoft Teams notifications for Keyword Alerts in SupportLogic?

Currently, Microsoft Teams notifications are not supported for Keyword Alerts in SupportLogic. Keyword Alerts presently support only:

  • Email

  • Slack

Although Microsoft Teams is available as a notification option for Standard Alerts, it has not yet been implemented for Keyword Alerts.


2. Why do I see Microsoft Teams for Standard Alerts but not for Keyword Alerts?

Microsoft Teams is supported for Standard Alerts, but the functionality has not yet been extended to Keyword Alerts. This is a product limitation at this time.


3. Is Microsoft Teams support for Keyword Alerts planned?

Yes. Microsoft Teams notifications for Keyword Alerts are part of the product roadmap and ongoing enhancements.

There is currently no formal Request for Enhancement number associated with this feature.


4. How will I know when this feature becomes available?

Any updates or new feature releases will be documented in the official SupportLogic release notes.


5. Can Keyword Alerts include a “Notify Case Owner” option like Standard Alerts?

At this time, the “Notify Case Owner” option is not available for Keyword Alerts. This capability is currently limited to Standard Alerts.
