User unable to add internal case comment

Ask the admin in the customer support hub to verify if the user has  Edit Case Enabled at this url




Check if Case Editing is enabled at this url



Check if "Make case updates as the platform user" toggle is On if internal updates from SupportLogic should "Platform user".
