Refreshing The Case Fields

Refreshing case fields typically refers to updating the information displayed for a case values. This is often necessary if new field value becomes available or if changes are made to the existing field values.

Summary :

If any case field values has been updated periodically in CRM,  we have an option to validate and view the periodical change of values to reflect in SupportLogic.

Navigate to Control Center ( Settings) --> Fields. Goto the respective field on the list, Initial default period that would cover the year from the present to the previous year. We also have the option to choose the time period according to your preferences (for example, 2020 to 2023 period can be selected as a whole period or according to your preferences).

If you're are selecting a period from 2020 to 2021, and you can see the value changing. In addition, when selecting the whole period, we can also see values based on the selected time period. Please refer to the below GIF for your reference.

NoteOnce the page has been refreshed, it will switch to the default selected period which is the previous year's time period.
