Agent sign-in process for MS Teams

Purpose :

The aim of this article is to provide a overview of the potential approach for signing processes in MS Teams using SL.

Summary :



If the case owner or agent has not signed up for MS Teams and their email ID has been configured on the alert page, the aforementioned error message will appear.


Kindly follow the steps below to register for MS Teams.


  • While sharing a case you can view an option to sign in with MS Teams. Kindly see the attached screenshot for reference.


After clicking "Sign into MS Teams," you will be redirected to the azure sign-in page where you must enter your organizational email ID.



  • To obtain the direct link for the Azure sign-in page, kindly contact our Support Team by submitting a support ticket through the provided link.
