How does the user notification works in SupportLogic?

User notification in SL works based upon case sharing and alert notification.

Case sharing

Case sharing user notifications are triggered by the user ID allowed in the SL user setup. Kindly refer to the below screenshot for your reference.





Alert Notification 


The alert module works with allowed email domains, but notifications can be shared/notified with any email address within these domains. Please refer to the below screenshot for your reference.
