SupportLogic has introduced a new feature that allows users to link back to SupportLogic or the CRM in the Alerts and Email notifications. This can be configured in Settings, and once set up, Alerts (both Slack and MS Teams) and notifications like Case Sharing and Case Comments will contain the appropriate links for either SupportLogic or the CRM or both. To enable this feature, follow these steps: 1. Click on Control Center. 2. Navigate to Settings. 3. Select Site Defaults. 4. Locate the link to the SupportLogic/CRM option. 5. Click on the drop-down menu. 6. Choose your preferred option to be displayed in emails or Slack. For your convenience, we have added a GIF video to help you with the setup process. |
