We’ve added Translation Support to the Support Hub page, making it easier for global teams to understand and engage with customer communications in any language.
What’s New?
SupportLogic now provides translation capabilities directly within the Support Hub interface:
- Case Comments Translation: Automatically translate customer and agent comments into English for easier review and understanding.
- Response Area Translation: Access translation services while composing a response, ensuring accurate and informed replies regardless of the customer’s language.
How It Works
- Sentiment signals (e.g., frustration, churn risk) are extracted based on the translated English version of the comment using our MLaaS module.
- This allows SupportLogic to detect key insights even from non-English interactions.
